Artist's Statement:

Wherever he goes, David Greene seeks those transitory slice-of-life moments--in people and nature--that tell a deeper story. Using his camera as a candid observer, he captures life as it happens, whether it's intriguing people he meets on the street, atmospheric travel locations, or moments of emotional complexity that might otherwise go unnoticed. Come experience those moments for yourself!

About the Artist:

A former teacher, David Greene dove back into the photography he loved before his 38 year career put it on hold. His Black and White Only Human exhibit has been seen, since May, at The American Labor Museum and The Piermont Fine Arts Gallery. The work in this show has reminded visitors of the work of Irving Penn, Sebastiao Salgado, Walker Evans, Dorothea Lange, and Leonard Freed.  Compliments indeed.
