Kids Art: Decoupage Winter Bottle

Ages 6-10. 20 tickets will be handed out to participate. We will use repurposed bottles to make a beautiful winter scene.

Decoupage is the art of decorating objects by cutting and gluing decorative paper or other thin materials to a surface, then sealing it with a finish.
